Should I select ‘new’ or ‘transfer’ for my nbn® order?

During checkout when ordering an nbn® service you will be asked whether your order is a New or Transfer order.

You should select New if your address has never been connected to nbn® before or if youre activating a new nbn® service at your service address where you havent previously had an nbn® service.

You should select Transfer if youre switching your active nbn® service at the same address from your existing service provider to Tangerine.
