How to lodge a technical support case

Manage your Services in our Self Care Portal

You can easily lodge a technical support case in our Self Care Portal by following these simple steps:

  1. Hover over the Support tab at the top of the page and select Create New Case.
  2. Choose Technical Support/Service Assurance as the Case Category.
  3. Select whether your enquiry is related to an Internet, Phone, or Mobile service in the Case Type field.
  4. In the Details section, select the Product your enquiry relates to and fill in the Description field. You can also upload any files or screenshots to support your enquiry.
  5. Click Save to submit your enquiry.

Your technical support case will be sent to our Technical Support Team for review. You will receive regular updates on the progress of your enquiry via the Portal, email, or phone. If you need to discuss your enquiry at any time, please contact our team.
