Can I send my modem to a different address?

If you're moving and need your modem delivered to your current address, or if you missed receiving it at your service address, follow the instructions below to get started:

Before you check out you will see the following note: "Is your delivery address for sending equipment the same?"

If you choose to un-tick this box, a Delivery address field will appear, this is where you can provide your preferred delivery address, see the example below:


Please note:

If you've already placed your order but need to change the delivery address, please ensure that the modem has not been shipped yet. You can tell if it has been shipped by checking for a tracking number. If the modem has already been sent and you still need to change the delivery address, you will need to contact the courier directly to arrange a delivery redirection.

**Delivery periods may be extended in the case of a redirection request.
