Numobile – Welcome to the Tangerine family!

Exciting changes ahead for numobile customers!

We have some important news for all numobile customers. Starting from 3 June 2025, your SIM services will be transitioned to Tangerine, and we will become your new SIM service provider. This change is part of numobile's strategic decision to focus on their device plans.

Why the change?

numobile has decided to restructure its business to concentrate on providing the best device plans. As a result, all existing numobile SIM services will be transferred to Tangerine, ensuring you continue to enjoy excellent network coverage through the Telstra Wholesale Network.

What does this mean for you?

•    Seamless Transition: Our top priority is to make this transition as smooth as possible. We will contact you once the transition is complete.
•    Same Network Coverage: Your network coverage will remain the same as our plans use the Telstra Wholesale Network, click here to learn more.  .
•    No Impact on Device Plans: If you have a device plan with numobile, it will remain unchanged and continue under its current terms with numobile.

Important Dates and Actions

Any plan changes made during May 2025 will take effect concurrently with your SIM plan transfer on 3 June 2025. No plan changes will be permitted between 1 June 2025, and 3 June 2025.

Opting Out

If you do not wish to transfer your numobile SIM plan to Tangerine, please contact numobile's Customer Service team before 3 June, 2025, to cancel your service without additional charges. Alternatively, you can transfer to a different provider before this date.

Financial Hardship 

If you are experiencing financial hardship, both numobile and Tangerine offer payment assistance arrangements. Contact numobile until 2 June 2025, or Tangerine from 3 June 2025, for support.
